I've been researching the requirements for obtaining a silencer. I live in Richland Township an it looks like Sheriff Fuller won't sign off on a form 4. Has anyone tried the county prosecutor? Can anyone suggest an attorney for a trust? Thanks.

Assistant prosecutor signed off no questions asked in lieu of prosecutor. Point out to her how to sign - instructions are on the form. That was 6 months ago, no word yet from Feds.
