A couple of reloading manuals are a good read especially if you have never reloaded before. Lee and Lyman are a couple of good ones, they explain how to reload really well.
Press
Dies (carbide or titanium nitride rather than steel so no lube is needed when resizing). Shellholder (sometimes comes with the reloading dies).
A scale is helpful so that you know how much powder your using, otherwise you have to rely on powder dippers...
How are you going to prime your cases? Some presses don't have a way to seat primers... You may need a hand primer.
A sturdy bench to mount the press on.
After that you will need brass, bullets, primers, and powder.

www.factorysales.com is an old website, but it will link you to their new one. They have Lee equipment cheaper than anyone else in the country. I bought a Lee Classic cast press for $85.00 delivered to my door. I use a light coat of spray lube even wen using carbide dies. It smooths the operation considerably. Once fired 9mm brass usually runs $35.00 +/- per thousand. Great deal in my opinion. Powder measure and scale is a must. I only shoot jacketed in 9mm. Widener's has good deals on Hornady bullets.

A good set of dial calipers to measure things, is most helpful. One of the lee kits has everything you will basically need to reloa. Go with that and upgrade as you get more into it.
