I vaguely remember someone saying there was a range we could shoot bowling pins on. What range and is there any type of rack to set them up on? I'm into shooting bowling pins with AR-15's, AK-74's and smaller caliber handguns such as a 9mm and normally I just out to the Allegan state game range to do it but if we can do it at the KRGC, shoot, why go out there. Any info would be great guys and gals, thanks.

HELLO KDOGG, TO SHOOT PINS WITH A RIFLE YOU WILL HAVE TO USE THE 25/50 YARD RANGE. THERE IS NOT A WOOD STAND FOR THIS MADE. IF YOU WANT TO SHOOT PINS ON THE 15 YARD RANGE WITH A PISTOL THERE IS A WOOD STAND FOR THIS ,EITHER IN THE SMALL RED BARN OR BEHIND IT. THE 15 YARD RANGE IS FOR PISTOL ONLY. ALSO PLEASE PICK UP ALL PINS AND PIECES AND PUT THEM IN THE METAL DUMPSTER,NOT THE BLUE BARRELS ,IT MAKES THEM TO HEAVY TO DUMP. THANK YOU STEVE PERKOWSKI VICE PREESIDENT

So how enforced is the no rifles on the 15 yard range because I see a lot of people out there shooting AK's and AR's on that range like tactical style CQB shooting. One day I was out there shooting my 1911 and some young guy asked me if I cared if he shoot his AR on the range and I just sorta shrugged and said I though it was for pistols only to which he replied he normally only did it when the range was empty but he wanted to test his new EOTech sight which was sighted for CQB, not long distance and practice some live fire magazines swaps. Kid was in the Army, had his ACU's on etc and he seemed to know how to handle the M4 style AR-15 he was shooting so I didn't really care. I just sorta said whatever and went back to shooting my 1911.
