THIS MESS WAS ON THE OLD 25/50 YARD RANGE TODAY. WHEN THEY WERE CLEANING THEIR RIFLE IT WAS EASY TO LET THE DIRTY PATCH'S FALL TO THE GROUND........ THERE WERE SEVERAL .223 BRASS CASINGS IN WITH THIS MESS. IF YOU WILL NOTICE THE BLUE BARREL IN THE REAR OF THE PICTURE. IT IS ABOUT 8' AWAY - TOO FAR FOR THE LAZY SHOOTER TO SEE ?? MOLY-MAID DOES NOT KEEP THE RANGES CLEAN - WE SHOULD BE BIG BOY'S & GIRLS AND CLEAN UP AFTER OURSELVES, IF YOU SEE SOMEONE DOING THIS, MENTION THERE ARE BARRELS FOR TRASH. OR CALL ME (STEVE PERKOWSKI VICE PRESIDENT -381-7841) AND I WILL TELL THEM. THANK YOU . STEVE PERKOWSKI Attachments:

One of our new members brought up the suggestion after the last business meeting that maybe we should have some security cameras out...seeing that, and hearing about some of the other shenanigans that have gone on lately, makes me think that is a great idea.

I for one wouldn't want to see security cameras put up at this time. While the pile of used cleaning patches left on the ground makes me mad, along with people who don't pick up their fired cases or take down their fired targets. It's really not that big of a deal. The members who do things right far far out number the bad ones.
I've been a member since 1974 and things are so much better now, even with over ten times the membership. They used to bring old TV sets and glass bottles to shoot at back then.

That is pretty sloppy. It always frusterates me when people leave their old targets out there too. I agree though, for the most part people are pretty good about the house keeping.
