I'll try to keep everyone posted on what's going on at the club. I attended the meeting tonight (10/8) and here's a few things that transpired.

1. We are going to a quarterly newsletter and the next issue will be in mid-December.

2. There will be no November business meeting because of conflicts with Deer season.

3. Membership renewal forms will be sent out in early December instead of November. You still must renewal by 2/1/13 or you will be dropped.

4. No indoor pistol. No indoor Smallbore rifle. No Indoor Air Gun on Thursday's unless we can get someone to step forward and run it. No indoor Archery has been scheduled. 4-H Jr. rifle is still being held on 1st and 3rd Monday's

If I think of anything else I'll post it in this thread.

Thank you for posting that because I havent received my renewal yet and thought I must have lost it but I will give it a couple more days now knowing they got mailed out now instead of Nov.

Renewals went into the mail on 12/11. They were sent via a first class envelope so you should receive them sometime this week. If not, get in touch with the membership chairman whose email is posted on the club website. THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY NOTICE!

A club newsletter is going in the mail soon and this will be a January-February-March 2013 edition. Renewal forms are not part of the newsletter anymore.

Club event dates for 2013 will be set at the January 2013 business meeting on the 14th. If you are a event chairperson please try to make this meeting and have your perspective dates planned so we can hash out any conflicts, if any. A printed shooting event schedule will be sent out in the April-May-June edition of the newsletter. Copies will also be available at the club.
