Nancy and I were there with 7 or 8 friends, the food was the best ever. We stayed until the end and were back on the road at 7:30 pm. That was our third year and we will be back again next year; "The Good Lord willing and the creeks don't rise", as they say.

1978vettnut: This is to let anyone who knew Vern Bowen know he went to the greatest trap & skeet field on Dec 24 2014. There will be a memorial service on Jan 4, 2015 at the Comstock Vfw hall between the hours of 2 and 6 pm. He is going to be missed by all who knew him Dec 29, 2014 1:01:43 GMT -5
